AMENDED AND RESTATED DECLARATION OF TRUST

This Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust is entered into by Grantor, who hereby revokes and restates the trust established under the 2019 Declaration in its entirety.

Upon the death of the Grantor, the Trustee shall distribute the remaining principal ~~within ninety (90) days~~ within thirty (30) days to the beneficiaries named in Schedule A.
